Dragon Pharma Tirzepatide: Usage and Dosage Guide

Tirzepatide, similar to Dragon Pharma Semaglutide, is administered via injection once a week. You may gradually increase the dosage every 4 weeks. If you experience side effects with an increased dose, revert to the previous dosage.

What You’ll Need:

• Tirzepatide 5 mg vial
• Bacteriostatic water (bac water)
• Alcohol swabs
• Insulin syringes

Mixing Instructions:

For this example, we’ll use a 5 mg vial of Tirzepatide.

1. Add 2 ml of bac water to the 5 mg vial of Tirzepatide.
2. Mixing Dosages: If you want to use 0.25 mg, inject 10 units from a 1 ml (100 IU) insulin syringe.

Dosage Breakdown:

• 0.25 mg = 10 units
• 0.50 mg = 20 units
• 1.00 mg = 40 units
• 1.70 mg = 68 units
• 2.50 mg = 100 units

Calculation:

• 5 mg of active substance mixed with 2 ml of bac water.
• 1 ml = 2.5 mg of active substance.
• 100 units insulin syringe = 1 ml.
• 2.5 mg / 100 units = 0.025 mg/unit.
• 0.025 mg x 10 units = 0.25 mg.

Dragon Pharma Tirzepatide Dosage Schedule:

• Weeks 1 – 4: 0.25 mg/week (subcutaneously)
• Weeks 5 – 8: 0.5 mg/week (subcutaneously)
• Weeks 9 – 12: 1 mg/week (subcutaneously)
• Weeks 13 – 16: 1.7 mg/week (subcutaneously)
• Week 17 onwards: 2.4 mg/week (subcutaneously)

Storage:

• Refrigerate the mixture: Once the powder is dissolved in the liquid, place it back in the refrigerator until ready to use. Gently swirl the bottle to dissolve the powder completely after adding bac water.
